I ordered a pair of boots and they're too small. I have been trying to get in touch with ShoeFab for a refund and have been unsuccessful.

The order information from the emails have no information whatsoever for instructions etc for refunds. I learned that ShoeFab is a third party vendor for Sears. NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.

I know that shoefabs , they did received my order last Jan 30 and I did returned my order they supposed received my order early in Feb sometime first week ... I did send my order right address in Louisville, Ky and I donโ€™t think and canโ€™t be missing my order because I write my name on box and easy find my name but I donโ€™t remember what number order if anyone can not find then just forgot it and I lost my money everything with tax ,,, shoefabs can have my order but remember my name is Jake c Smith,jr , 7122 NandinaDr , Dallas, Tx 75241 and email JCSMITHJR7@***.com
